Whether it’s a wedding, bachelor(ette) party, baby shower, school event or birthday celebration – Stacy’s is ready to welcome you into our unique diner universe.

Enjoy a greasy burger and an ice-cold milkshake with Elvis on the speakers while you relax in our pastel-blue booths or pink chairs.

Remember… the only limit is your imagination.

Guidelines

  • Minimum of 20 guests required when choosing a party menu.
  • When booking a party menu, all guests must choose the same starter / main course / dessert.
  • Fries and dips are served for sharing – please ensure your guests are aware. Refills will be charged at list price.
  • We can accommodate allergies and vegan options, if notified no later than 36 hours before the event.
  • Table layout cannot be changed – guests will be seated according to the existing setup.
  • Tablecloths are not permitted.
  • Decorations: Balloons and larger décor are allowed, but must be provided and set up by you. No tape on walls or attachments to the ceiling.
  • Confetti, party poppers and similar are not allowed. A cleanup fee of 1000 DKK will be charged if used.
  • Music and volume cannot be changed.
  • Final and binding guest count must be confirmed no later than 36 hours before the event.
  • Drinks (other than what is included in the selected menu) will be charged at list price.
  • Please note: Private dining cannot be guaranteed, as the restaurant remains open to other guests during regular hours.
  • Outside food is not allowed. If bringing your own cake is essential, a fee of 35 DKK per guest applies.
  • The bill must be settled as one total payment. If the bill is to be split, we reserve the right to add a fee per split bill.

Capacity

  • Næstved – up to 180 guests
  • Køge – up to 120 guests
  • Østerbro – up to 70 guests

Event Duration

  • Lunch events (arrival between 11:00–15:00): tables must be vacated by 17:00.
  • Evening events (arrival between 15:00–19:30): tables must be vacated by 23:00.
